Насколько я смотрел (люблю копаться в файлах) ты использовал для Урала мои файлы, изменённые для появления Уралов на локациях (может я и ошибаюсь), и если так, то это файлы Махины 1.02.
Они "железно" будут работать на любой версии Махины (включая Хард и GOLD).

Internet Explorer это только для проверки ошибки на открытия файла как такого, а не редактор xml*
Тобишь не редактируя, ты "ничевосиньки" не изменишь. Открыл, проверил и закрыл. )
Notepad ++ - это тот же блокнот, только чуток улучшенный, есть строки и т.д.
